Itchy Swollen Rash Ankle Rash From Tick Bites!!?

Rash from Tick Bites!!? - itchy swollen rash ankle

Hello. I asked a previous question about my tick bites. I have over 85 bites between the two feet. My ankle was swollen for 2 days and sutures have been much better. Now I have developed this itching at the bite in my left anke, but only outside of my ankle. I have an appointment with a doctor on Thursday, as the first time that I see. I photographed the eruption, where the leaves before my appointment.

Please look at the 2 images and want to know if you have an idea what might have it.

The first picture is the inside of my left ankle, which seems to be no breakthrough at all.

The second picture is outside of my left ankle, which are obviously in a kind of skin rash.

Any help would be very grateful. Thank you!
