It is really in the foods we eat that have surrounded the fiber. I have several conflicting reports on certain fruits and vegetables and I ask myself whether I can reach a resolution.
Every day, eat a cup or more of each fresh fruit: mango, papaya, banana, strawberry, orange, apple, lettuce, brussels sprouts, edamame (soybeans), and tomatoes. Sometimes we have figs, pineapple, plum, peach, and also (if we do not the others). In any case, eating beans and other grains as well, but they are usually written on the nutrition information on the back of the box with the title - we are looking for content "fruit" unwritten fiber and vegetables.
