I know it's baby acne, but what is the cause? It just started when my son was 2 months and now stands at 3 months and still does. Some days it's worse. I wash your face with water only and do not let it warm or too wet.

From what I read, not just the heat and humidity, but possibly something you ate or use lotion. I have two children, both suffered from eczema, occasionally lights up. Oh, and do not let them touch her face and kissed her, people with a large quantity of oil indicate that reactions of sensitive skin.
